Singapore Application Procedure (2026 Intake)

Step 1 — University Selection (Month 1)

• NUS: Engineering, Computing, Business, Medicine, Law, Arts & Social Sciences
• NTU: Engineering, Business, Science, Art, Design & Media
• SMU: Business, Law, Accountancy, Information Systems
• SIT (Singapore Institute of Technology): Applied engineering; work-integrated learning
• SUTD: Architecture & Sustainable Design, Engineering Systems

Step 2 — Application Submission (Month 1–3)

NUS and NTU applications open in October for the August intake. ILOC prepares:

• Online application via university portal
• Academic transcripts (Class 10, 11, 12) with certified translations if required
• Personal Statement / Essay (ILOC provides extensive coaching)
• Co-curricular activity portfolio and leadership record
• SAT/ACT scores (required for NUS and NTU undergraduate programs)
• IELTS/TOEFL: IELTS 6.5+ / TOEFL 90+

Step 3 — SOLAR+ Student's Pass Application (Month 4–5)

Upon receiving an offer letter, the university submits an In-Principle Approval (IPA) through the SOLAR+ system. ILOC then guides:

• IPA letter collection and travel to Singapore
• Student's Pass (STP) issuance at ICA within first week of arrival
• MOE Tuition Grant agreement signing (reduces tuition by 50–70%)
