Europe Application Procedure (2026 Intake)

Europe's application system varies by country and institution. ILOC manages the full process across all major European destinations.

Germany — Step-by-Step

1. University Shortlisting (Month 1–2): We select programs via uni-assist portal or direct university application. TU Munich, RWTH, TU Berlin, Heidelberg University — matched to your profile.
2. Document Preparation (Month 2–5): Certified transcripts, German/English language proof, motivation letter (Motivationsschreiben), CV in Europass format, recommendation letters.
3. Blocked Account (Sperrkonto) Setup: Required for visa — €11,208 for 2026. ILOC guides account opening with Fintiba or Deutsche Bank.
4. German Student Visa Application: Applied at German consulate in Mumbai, Delhi, or Chennai. Processing: 4–12 weeks.

Netherlands — Step-by-Step

1. Studielink Application: All Dutch university applications go through the national Studielink portal. ILOC handles registration and submission.
2. MVV (Entry Visa) + Residence Permit: Applied via Dutch IND (Immigration and Naturalisation Service). Most students receive a combined student visa + residence permit (NUFFIC pathway).
